1) Date Energy Balls
Ingredients: Pitted dates, oats, peanut butter, raw cocoa powder
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Shape the mixture into small balls and coat them with shredded coconut or cocoa powder.
2) Date Milk Smoothie
Ingredients: Dates, cold milk, vanilla or cinnamon, ice cubes
Method:
Soak the dates briefly in the milk.
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve chilled.
3) Date Banana Milkshake
Ingredients: Dates, banana, milk, cinnamon, ice cubes
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
4) Date Cookies
Ingredients: Flour, butter, date paste, cinnamon, vanilla extract
Method:
Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the flour and spices.
Fill the dough with date paste. Shape them into circles.
Bake until lightly golden.
5) Date and Nut Bars
Ingredients: Dates – Oats – Nuts – Honey – Coconut Oil
Method:
Mix all ingredients and press into a baking tray.
Refrigerate for two hours, then cut into bars.
